Sunglasses are more than a fashion statement. When you're shopping for shades, skip sunglasses that are labeled "cosmetic" and those that don't offer details about UV protection. If you wear glasses for vision problems, ask your eye doctor about having your glasses treated with a material that provides UV protection.
